User Manual
Everything Eatin POS does, screen by screen — what each page is for, what every button does, and the exact steps for the jobs you do each day.
Eatin POS is a restaurant point of sale and a khata (ledger) in one program. The till takes the order, the kitchen gets its ticket, the stock comes down on its own, and the customer's balance updates — all from the same entry. Nothing is a paid add-on.
This manual is organised the same way the app's sidebar is, so whatever screen you are looking at, there is a page here with the same name.
New here? Read these three first
- Getting started — signing in, setting up your company, and the order to enter your existing data in.
- New Sale — the till. This is where you will spend most of your day.
- Dashboard — how to read the numbers at the top of the app.

How to read this manual
Each page follows the same shape, so you can skim to the part you need:
- What this screen is for — one paragraph.
- How to get here — the sidebar path.
- The screen, part by part — every control named and explained.
- Step by step — the actual jobs, numbered.
- Good to know — the behaviour that surprises people.
Note Everything described in this manual is included. There is no paid tier, no locked feature and no per-terminal licence.
