What this screen is for
Two things live here: who you are on paper, and the money the app adds to a bill without being asked.
How to get here
Sidebar → Setup → Company Info.
Company Profile
Company Logo
Upload the logo that prints at the top of receipts and invoices. A square-ish image works best on an 80mm roll.
Business Details

Contact Info
Email, Phone, Second Phone — printed on receipts so guests can reach you.
Address
Address, City, District — printed on invoices.
Charges
The second card. These are applied automatically at the till.
Service Charge

A service charge can be waived on an individual bill when the order is settled from the Orders board.
Take Away
Token numbers — switch on to issue a token per take-away order, so guests can be called by number.
Delivery Charge
- How it is decided — the mode: a flat amount, or worked out per order.
- Amount — the flat charge, when that mode is chosen.
The delivery charge can still be edited on an individual bill at settlement.
Income Accounts
Service charge account and Delivery charge account — where these amounts are posted in the books. Left as Not posted yet they simply sit in the sale total.
Step by step
Getting receipts to look right
- Upload the logo.
- Fill in Company Name, Phone, Address, City.
- Add NTN No. if you are registered.
- Ring up a test sale and print it. Adjust and reprint until it reads well.
Turning on a 10% dine-in service charge
- Charge it on.
- Rate 10.
- Applies to → dine-in.
- Choose a Rounding rule so bills come out in whole rupees.
- Save, then test with a dine-in order.
Good to know
- Company details are shared by everyone. Printer choices are not — those are on Setup under This Computer.
- Changing the service charge does not touch bills already raised.
